Sometimes, you need more than just good hardware to perform really well. I'm not talking about the junk in your trunk, but your shooter of choice. Newsflash: owning a bulky, expensive DSLR doesn't automatically make you a pro. Snapping shots using your iPhone (and cheating with filters using Instagram) only makes you more of a poser.
No, if you want to earn some street cred, then you'll take on a shooting challenge that makes you use a $20 Buzz Lightyear toy camera that's meant to be used by kids. Photographer David Hobby from Strobist took on the challenge and not-so-surprisingly came up with some pretty awesome shots.
