Normally this isn't exactly the type of movie we'd post about, but...I mean, just watch the trailer. I can't remember the last time I saw bat-shit crazy Al Pacino. Maybe, what, Devil's Advocate? Moments of Any Given Sunday? But from this trailer for Phil Spector, where Pacino plays the wig-wearing, gun-shooting iconic music producer on trial for murder, he's pulling out all the crazy stops. It may very well be genius, or the worst movie ever made. I still can't tell.

We recently told you that Pacino was officially cast in Brian De Palma's movie about Penn State football coaching fallen legend Joe Paterno and if this is how crazy he can be just playing a guy on trial, I can't wait to see how he handles having to cover-up after Sandusky's crimes.

Phil Spector opens March 24th at 9pm on HBO.
