Irina Shayk is showing off on Instagram again this week with a new photoshoot she shot by photographer Carin Backoff for the Marc Jacobs brand. The shoot was put together to promote the brands boots, which Irina wore with confidence in the photos, posing with nothing else on but a pair of white panties.
