Kim Kardashian is sending some birthday wishes over to her friend Ivanka Trump today as the former First Daughter turned 42 yesterday. The birthday girl had another reason to celebrate this weekend after her testimony was delayed until November 8th, where she will testify in her father Donald's ongoing civil fraud trial.
