Lindsay Lohan is getting ready to give birth to her first child and is taking full advantage of showing off her baby bump in the latest issue of Allure. The actress met up with the magazine to talk about her upcoming projects, her move to Dubai and how she sometimes compares her relaxed Dubai life to The Truman Show
