Miley Cyrus Makes an Announcement!

Miley Cyrus is making a big announcement over on Instagram this morning and we're not really sure what it means! The singer shared a short video to her channel which shows construction wall covered in posters of the star, with the caption; New Year New Miley.
It's safe to assume this announcement means Miley is bringing her fans some new music in 2023 but you really never know with her, do you? Here's the new promo video!
