What is Jen Selter Doing?!

It's usually pretty straightforward as to what Jen Selter is doing on social media.  Every once in awhile she comes out of left field with something over the top.

On Friday it was one of those over the top moments that left me wondering what the fitness model was doing.

My first thought was that odd butthole sunning thing, but she's wearing leggings so that isn't it.  I guess it's art or something I don't get.
