Heidi Montag Launches Epic New Campaign!

Heidi Montag is truly a pop culture icon and it seems like she's not done being iconic, the reality TV star just launched a new campaign in hopes of inspiring more of us to chip in and try and save our planet. Heidi shared a satirical set of advertisements for single use jeans, denim that you wear just once and then toss before putting on a new pair.

The campaign is aimed at bringing attention to all the single use items we use in a day, including plastic bottles, utensils, packaging and all sorts of other instant throwaway items that end up in a landfill where they sit until the end of time.

A lot of people didn't seem to understand what Heidi was doing and she's now being slammed for promoting single use jeans, with people calling her "so wasteful". As it turns out these people were very wrong, and the whole thing is part of a campaign with Oceana, an organization dedicated to protecting and restoring the worlds oceans.
