Heidi Klum Shows Off Her Moves!

Heidi Klum recently released her big song called Chai Tea With Heidi, which makes you really crave a hot cup of tea. The song was a collaboration with Heidi's husband Tom and her friend Snoop Dogg and was later used as the new theme song for the show Germany's Top Model.

The model made her way to New York this weekend and met up with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show to talk about her new music career. While she was there the model showed Jimmy her TikTok moves which are pretty epic. Watch the full interview over here and see more Heidi updates in the gallery!
