Sierra Skye shared an above average picture of herself rocking a barely there bikini.  She captioned the pic "What u lookin at?"

That's simple.  Everyone's looking at your booty.  I think that's pretty clear, but I like the pretending that she doesn't know combined with the disapproving look on her face.

This is nothing knew for Sierra.  She knows what the people like and she knows how to deliver.  Over 4 million followers don't just fall out of the sky.
