It was only a year ago when all the perverts were celebrating the fact that Maddie Ziegler had turned 18 years old and it was no longer creepy to think she was attractive. Well she's 19 now and is celebrating the big day with balloons and cake while wearing a little black dress. Maddie had all the celebrities wishing her a happy birthday in her Instagram comment section including Ashley Benson who affectionally called her "baby". More Maddie in the gallery!
