Shay Mitchell has been featured in this months Women's Health magazine where she sat down and talked about hitting her goal of getting back into her pre-pregnancy shape. The actress teamed up with Openfit with former Kardashian asssistant Steph Shepherd and committed to working out 5 days a week for 4 weeks using the app.
