Bebe Rexha is not shy about her battle with mental illness and has even written songs about her Bipolar disorder. The singer/songwriter took a minute to send some love to her 10.5 million fans on instagram yesterday with this video message.

In the video, Bebe give us a little mental health check in and is reminding everyone that things keep moving and will get better and we will all get through this!
