Woody Allen’s name is pretty much written in permanent Sharpie on the “do not work with” list. He hasn’t been proven officially guilty of any of the accusations, but in the world we live in, the court of public opinion holds more weight than a court of law. As the saying goes, if he walks like a Roman Polanski, has critically acclaimed films like a Roman Polanski, he’s probably into kids too. The dogpile of colorful accusations atop Allen stay within the family of offenses, ranging from sexual abuse and assault to misconduct involving the underage. Now a woman alleging Woody was involved with her at age 16 is speaking out.

In a new story from The Hollywood Reporter, another one of Allen’s alleged teen girlfriends, Babi Christina Engelhardt, talks about her relationship with the director which she says began when she was just 16. Engelhardt says she gave Allen her phone number at a restaurant in 1976, which led to an eight-year relationship that started when she was underaged. She says she frequently visited Allen at his penthouse in Manhattan, with the rules being she would only meet him at his apartment. Engelhardt says that she also participated in threesomes with Allen and two other “beautiful young ladies,” whose ages are unspecified.

Four years into their relationship, Engelhardt says that Allen introduced her to his new “girlfriend” Mia Farrow, despite the fact that Engelhardt thought she was his girlfriend. She says she also participated in threesomes with both Farrow and Allen, both of whom declined to comment on THR’s story. “It wasn’t until after it was done when I really had time to think of how twisted it was when we were together … and how I was little more than a plaything,” she says.

Thank god for Allen that sexual accusations aren’t treated like a game of Bejeweled. He has enough similar allegations constantly coming his way to clear more than a few rows. Woody is on his way out. The public is more likely to google if he’s still alive instead rather than if he’s releasing a new project or not. It’s a little late for a smear campaign at this age. I don’t think a man famous for breaking the fourth wall and the hymen of an almost adopted daughter really cares about what the audience thinks at this point.
