Shay Mitchell wore a dress out that looked to be one string tug away from perfection. As in, falling to the ground and revealing her perfectly prurient hot celebrity lady body. Alas, the strings did not yield to my many wishes upon many stars, but the Pretty Little Liars alluring brunette still managed to give a healthy dose of leg and hot body out on the town in Hollywood circa All Hallowed Eve.

Shay is one of those extraordinarily gorgeous females of the entertainment business who is routinely absent from discussions of hottest fairer gender star around, despite having more than enough passion inducing tools to deserve a discussion for A-list. Maybe it's her lack of self-promotion that hurts her cause. Her humility. It certainly isn't her heavenly body.
