But at any rate, what's a blacksmith supposed to do in our modern, less horse-reliant world? Well, Tony Swatton decided to start making replicas of famous pop-culture weapons. This week, his series Man at Arms tackles the Claymore used by William Wallace (a.k.a. Mel Gibson) in Braveheart.
