Kylie Jenner Short Skirt and Boots for Salon Visit

Hey, some teens go to school, others get decked out in skirts and boots and hit the Beverly Hills nail salon. If I didn't know any better, I'd say Kylie Jenner and her team were trying to get Kylie noticed by the paparazzi who hang out in the posh section of L.A. watching celebrities shop and get their hair done.

The youngest of the Kardashian clan, second generation, has been becoming ever more visible in the past few months, toting her legs and Kim-like-bosom about town in her Mercedes SUV shopping and dining and running from the cameras her mother alerted to her whereabouts.
