Jack Nicholson Retires From Acting, Apparently

You can't handle the truth (boom. nailed it.)...the truth is: Jack Nicholson's done. 'Sources' have told some folks  that Mr. Nicholson is retiring from acting. Those 'sources' are 'close to the source' or whatever. If true, this could get pretty depressing. He's still physically healthy, but mentally he's gone. Again, apparently. Allegedly.

Radar Online, who broke the story has quoted this 'source':

Jack has — without fanfare — retired...There is a simple reason behind his decision — it's memory loss. Quite frankly, at 76, Jack has memory issues and can no longer remember the lines being asked of him...His memory isn't what it used to be.

Nicholson's last non-Lakers-related screentime was  How Do You Know in 2010 starring Owen Wilson and Reese Witherspoon. The flick, which we doubt you saw, was...regrettable. Hopefully it won't be his officially official last film. He's rumored to be cast in an upcoming Warren Beatty vehicle about Howard Hughes, let's cross our fingers that he goes out on a high note. 

Let us also hope that Jack doesn't get any Hughes-like ideas and continues to stay away from the mason jars while properly getting rid of his toenail clippings.
