Latest ‘The Hobbit’ Clip Puts the Spotlight on Gollum and His Wily Ways (VIDEO)

I never liked Gollum, although I only began really hating him in the last few moments of The Lord of the Rings. True, the Ring ruined his life and he's a pitiful creature at the very least. But the way he operates and his split personalities doesn't really make him very likable at all.

Understandably, he's one of the characters who will be making an appearance once more in The Hobbit, since he played a huge role in bring the Ring into the 'present'. We all know that Bilbo Baggins got the Ring from Gollum, but how'd he do it and how he meet Gollum anyway?

These are questions that will be answered in Peter Jackson's prequel to the LOTR series, and you can get a preview of their first meeting in the newest clip that has been released for The Hobbit. Check it out above and let us know what you think.
