GAMING
bill-swift - November 28, 2012
The end of 2012 is quickly approaching. We're seeing a lot of good games coming out in this last quarter of the year but there's even more good stuff waiting just over the new year. Bioshock: Infinite is one of the biggest games fans have been waiting for since it was originally announced back in 2010 but it seems as though Irrational Games are looking to make sure fans are caught up on both of the previous Bioshock titles (Bioshock and Bioshock 2).
According to a listing on Futreshop's official site, Irrational Games and 2K is releasing what they call the'Ultimate Rapture Edition' of Bioshock, which will include both previous titles as well as all the DLC for a low price you can't resist. Just to break it down, that means the Ultimate Rapture Edition of Bioshock will include:
Bioshock - Plasmids Pack, Challenge Room Pack, Bonus Museum Level
Bioshock 2 - Sinclair Solutions Tester, Rapture Metro, Kill 'Em Kindly, The Protector Trials, Minerva's Den
The pack will also include collectible stickers from Bioshock's world of Columbia. So what might a bundle like this cost, you might ask? Bioshock's Ultimate Rapture Edition is currently set at $29.99 for Xbox 360 and PS3 and will be hitting store shelves November 30, 2012. Sounds like a good deal right? It's been confirmed earlier that the original Bioshock will be included with every purchase of Bioshock: Infinite anyway but the DLC will, of course, be absent. This one's definitely something you have to weigh the pros and cons on but I'm pretty sure I'll be picking it up anyway.
