It was back in May when Pepsi Max had Cleveland Cavaliers guard and Rookie of the Year Kyrie Irving dress up as Uncle Drew and fool some people on a park basketball court. He started off acting the part as an old man, but was soon blowing everyone's minds with his ball handling, shooting and dunking.
This time, Uncle Drew is out in L.A. and speaking with NBA legend Bill Russell, who convinces him to get some of the old team back together. Turns out 'Wes' is actually Kevin Love of the Minnesota Timberwolves. With both guys done up by some clearly talented make-up artists, they head down to a park in the Crenshaw district of L.A. People at the park are told a news crew is getting some random shots to explain the cameras, and apparently they handed out some Pepsi Max. The point is, the guys on the court look legitimately fooled once Drew and Wes start dominating and those reactions are what make these videos so freaking great.
