There are a lot of questions surrounding QBs after week eight. Tony Romo had another game where he kept throwing it to the wrong team. Philip Rivers arm strength is now being questioned by people around the league, with some wondering why a guy who should be peaking at 30-years-old is regressing.

Michael Vick is on the hot seat in Philly after another ugly loss. Cam Newton threw for 314 yards, but Carolina is now sitting at 1-6 after dropping their fifth straight game. Mark Sanchez might be without a job soon the way things are going in New York. Just a whole lotta ugliness from some big name guys.

But at the same time there is a whole bunch of great things that happened yesterday. The play of the day had to be the Colts' VickBallard's diving, twisting, rolling touchdown in OT to give the Colts a huge win on the road against a suddenly re-energized Titans team. Obviously, Ballard made the top photos of the week.
