Berlusconi And Bunga Bunga “Eyes Wide Shut” Sex Parties

Silvio Berlusconi, Italy's former swinging prime minister, is in trouble again. This time he's on trial for allegedly banging an under aged prostitute named Ruby at wild Eyes Wide Shuttype sex parties called Bunga Bungas. Now, I'm just a lowly blogger and end of the world corespondent, so I'm far removed from the world of power and privilege where you get invited to exclusive sex parties. Allegedly people like soccer star Christiano Ronaldo and George Clooney saw Berlusconi at's amoreing with Ruby, who was 17 at the time. Two things about this story disappoint me. First of all, I can't believe that these type of awesome parties are called something as stupid as Bunga Bungas. Shouldn't they be called "The Temple of the Flesh" or "Satan's Requiem" or something cool? And secondly, why can't our politicians be awesome enough to have scandals like this?

Berlusconi, who was also allegedly a member of a vicious-murdering-Vatican-bank-robbing secret society called P2, is an entertainingly decadent figure. The juiciest scandals we get is Anthony Wiener tweeting his underwear covered package and Bill Clinton's love of fat chicks. Our current president is a devoted family man. Snore. I look forward to a day when we get the leaders we deserve: wild sex party having, dark cabal attending, sexy model banging politicians. We are America aren't we?
