Dust off your DeLorean, tune up your guitar for another rendition of Johnny B. Goode and organise a meeting with the Libyans for a fresh batch of plutonium, because Michael J. Fox is on his way back to acting! Of course, it's not like he is making another edition to the Back To The Future franchise so all of the above activities won't be necessary but it's fun to dream!
MJF will play a father of three who has to deal with the implications of being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, and anyone who saw his performance in Larry David'sCurb Your Enthusiasm last year knows that he has a great time making fun of himself.
This marks the first time that Fox has returned to full-time work on television since 2000, but he isn't the first actor to 'downgrade' to the small screen, with these fine thespians having already made the transgression of the last few years.
