You've probably already heard this before, but sitting down isn't good for your health. It's all about biology (or so I've heard.) The human body wasn't made to sit, at least not for long periods of time. Unfortunately, most jobs and probably your favorite pastime (which I assume is gaming) requires you to sit on your bottoms for most of the day.
In case this is the first time you're hearing about this, healthy gamer Jack tells you why it's better to stand than to sit. He also explains how much healthier you'll be if you stand up instead of sit while you play your MMOs. And by healthier, I mean thinner.
Now who doesn't want to lose a couple of pounds just by standing up? Jack shows you how he set up his own standing table as well as a couple of stuff he keeps close by to keep the habit up.
Who knows? It might also actually be easier for you to do your other favorite pastime standing up (which is checking out Egotastic and doing whatever it is you do when you spot a gorgeous and nekkid chick you can't resist...)
