Darksiders II darkens your summer next week when it lands on store shelves along with Sleeping Dogs. It's a bit of a dungeon battle that showcases the speed and responsiveness of Death during fights. The guy is quick and this speed appears to be balanced with what enemies are going to be throwing at you. Remember this game takes full advantage of vertical space so that Death's enemies just get bigger and bigger throughout the game. He almost has to be blazing fast just so you'll have a chance. Against relatively small guys like this, Death moves and attacks like a demonic hummingbird.
