London officials are not expecting the ghost of Adolf Hitler to attack, but want to be prepared just in case a terrorist cell or two decide to take advantage of a global spectacle like the Summer Olympics.
So far there have not been any reported threats in regards to the Olympics. That hasn't stopped Defense Secretary Phillip Hammond from wanting to be more than ready in case one was to arise.

Just in case any would-be-terrorist was thinking the defenses were all show, UK police showed they mean business. Early Thursday morning police raided a home housing six suspected terrorists, five men and a woman.
The word so far is that the captured terrorists had no designs on the Olympics, yet it sure can't hurt to have them in custody anyway, right?
