First, the good news. Everyone nailed the first pick, Anthony Davis. Good job. Now the bad, nobody correctly predicted the full top ten NBA draft picks in the exact order. Hey, it's tough. You never know when some team is trying to throw everybody off so they can pick somebody nobody expected them to, then that throws the next few picks into complete chaos.
A lot of you can blame John Henson of North Carolina. He was in many of the entries, but ended up not getting picked until number 14. Then of course, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist went number two, when many 'experts' (and many of you) had Thomas Robinson going there, but Robinson actually went at number 5.
Some of you made it interesting, for sure.
Emilaga151 had the top five right, then had six and seven reversed, but the wheels came off after that
John started strong with the top three, but it went haywire soon after.
Romeo had most of the right names, just flipped mostly from pick to pick.
Tony got really close, but again just had a couple reversed.
So thank you to everyone for playing, sorry nobody took home the $50 Amazon gift card. But Egotastic! editor Bill Swift isn't feeling too bad for you. He's on his way to the liquor store to try and trade the card for a 30 pack of Schlitz as I write this.
