Terrell Owens Makes the Mistake of Trusting Internet Strangers

Yesterday TMZ posted a story that a woman was interested in selling pictures of Terrell Owens giving his little T.O. a touchdown dance. TMZ said they wouldn't be buying the pictures. Undeterred, the woman reached out to some other sites, including Deadspin, who interviewed the woman and asked for some proof. That's what you see up there, a decidedly less graphic image than others she says she has.

The woman says she met T.O. on Twitter, then they began to chat on Skype, and well, T.O. basically started the chat sans clothes and ready for action.

You'd think by now that athletes would know better than to do something like this, but I guess we really shouldn't be surprised. The Philadelphia Daily news contacted Owens by email and this was his response.

"It's obvious that she has nothing because it's illegal with what she's trying to do or otherwise TMZ would have bought the photos," Owens told us by email Tuesday. "This is a case of extortion, this is a waste of my time and you're wasting your time because I have nothing to say," Owens said.

A picture (or dozens in this case) is worth a thousand words.
