SUPEREGO

Notre Dame QB Tommy Rees is in a little bit of hot water, if you consider hot water to be facing a felony charge. Rees was at a house party off the Notre Dame campus late last night when police showed up.
Rees, 19, was in no mood to get in trouble, so according to the Chicago Tribune he did what he thought was a good idea and bolted. A short foot chase later, Rees was allegedly resisting arrest.
According to police, Rees was arrested on charges of resisting law enforcement, felony battery to law enforcement, minor consumption and public intoxication.
Police said the incident wasn't "terribly violent" but one officer suffered scrapes and had the wind knocked out of him by Rees' knee.
Rees is still in jail, being held without bond and may appear before a judge on Friday.
Here's Rees making another boneheaded decision.
