MetroPCS Adds ZTE Score M to its Smartphone Lineup

If you're partial to MetroPCS as a provider, then you might be interested in the news that they've added the ZTE Score M to their lineup. This phone isn't exactly new to the market, because Cricket already has it and markets it under the same name. The only difference between them is that Cricket's unit carries a 1,200mAh battery unit, while MetroPCS's unit comes with a slightly thicker 1,500mAh battery.

The ZTE Score M is equipped with a 3.5-inch touchscreen with HVGA resolution. It doesn't come with any slide-out of physical keyboards, so you're going to have to type all of your SMS messages and emails by tapping away at the screen.

The Score M runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and is powered by a 600 MHz processor. It's a lot slower than the Samsung Galaxy Blaze (priced at $149.99) and the ZTE Fury (priced at $19.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate), so you might want to check these other phones out if you're looking for something more powerful.

Aside from that, the ZTE Score M features a rear-facing 3.2-megapixel camera, as well as Bluetooth and WiFi capabilities. Here's a quick rundown of the device's other specs:
