First Look at the HTC One S (VIDEO)

HTC gave attendees of the Mobile World Congress 2012 (and subsequently, the world) a first look at the One S, which it touts is as functional as it is good-looking. The manufacturer has announced that HTC One X will be their flagship phone, so the One S will merely be one of its mid-range offerings, although it still packs some pretty impressive specs under the hood.

The HTC One S will be shipping out with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and with HTC's Sense 4.0, which is latest version of the mobile giant's custom user interface. Sense 4.0, which is also one of the HTC One X's features, is said to feature the UI's first design overhaul.

So why does HTC say that the One S has both beauty and brains? One reason is that it's dangerously sleek and thin, measuring 130.9 x 65 x 7.8 mm. And weighing in at just 119.5 grams, it's extremely light, too. As for the brain part, the One S has a dual-core QualComm MSM8260A SnapDragon chipset running underneath it's sharp exterior and a 1.5 GHz Krait processor.
