Goddamn it, Halo. Calm your ass down. This relationship's just moving too fast for me. As all of my ex-girlfriends have texted me, I need my own space. You're suffocating me, you're much too needy; I don't need you grabbing my ankles whenever I leave the house so I have to drag you along the street on your belly.
So sue me, I'm a romantic.
Anywho, my personal life aside, Halo 5: Guardians is probably the biggest jewel in the Xbox One crown of late. A system-selling exclusive, the kind of thing current-gen consoles have been sorely lacking. It's one attention-seeking mother, and it needs your love. Every. Freaking. Day. Microsoft and developer 343 Industries are milking this one ‘til it can be milked no more.
There's a new loyalty system in place in the game, which allows players to nab free Req packs daily just by playing. There are up to two on offer each day, which you can get yourself by playing Arena and Warzone modes online.
By winning a match in Warzone or Arena, that is. It's nothing major, but a nice little boon I guess. This is available right now, as GameSpot reports, and hit ahead of the title's hefty The Cartographer's Gift update this week. Hit the link for more details.
