The X-Men movies have been hit or miss over the years. Some of them are great, like First Class, and some of them were not so great like the one where Jean Grey destroys San Francisco. But we keep watching because what else are we going to do? Read a book? Talk to our loved ones? Grow up. This latest installment, X-Men: Apocalypse, has the mutants fighting a new foe that is more dangerous than Magneto. His name is Apocalypse and he's an old timey X-Men villain that hasn't been shown in any of the iterations of the films. He's played by Oscar Isaac who is racking up the nerd cred by being in both this and Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
A lot of things happen in the trailer, they explain Apocalypse's origins, you see the mutants fighting him and each other, and you even see Professor X in his normal bald/handicapped form. But most importantly you see Sophie Turner as Jean Grey doing an American accent. That's just delightful.
