You always knew Lindsay Lohan was a dirty girl, but can this really be what I think it is? Is Lindsay Lohan giving a guy a blow job in public?

Sadly, it looks like this is just a scene for a movie, what with the boom mic, and the screen in the background. Then again, her costume looks exactly like what she wears in real life. So I guess they're probably shooting Lindsay Lohan's life story...
