Star Wars: The Force Awakens made a buttload of money for Disney and Lucasfilm. I enjoyed it, ate some popcorn, teared up a little in that one scene. It was all I wanted from a Star Wars movie and no midiclorians or Jar Jar Binks. Star Wars has always been really good at product tie-ins. I remember as a kid going to McDonald's for some special Star Wars glasses. In our modern era, that means downloadable BB-8 emojis and Chewbacca ringtones. So, it is only natural that to reach out to millennials, Disney would create a concise version of The Force Awakens using only emojis.
Why not? I kind of want to download all of these.
