A seriously creepy clown is going around scaring the residents of Staten Island. The evil payaso has been seen at the Richmond Valley and Grasmere train stations and outside of a Chinese restaurant. He isn't really "doing" anything, other than acting like a total terror. He just stands there...but it's the way he stands there. But it's the way he stands there. A similar incident occurred last year in the British town of Northampton last year. Residents have been taking pictures and video of the psychotic pagliacci. Borough president James Oddo tweeted,
"I reference Krusty the Clown in a tweet last week & now all hell is breaking lose. And they say BPs have no power."
I'm surprised that the guidoes in Staten Island haven't killed him. They don't stand for any shenanigans there. I'm pretty worried. I live in Brooklyn right over the Verrazano bridge from Staten Island. A simple drive or walk over the bridge and he'll be standing outside of my window. I'm so scared, y'all. For realsies.
