3D printing makes a lot of previously impossible things possible. Take the Mortal Coil, for example. It's a three-dimensional slinky in the shape of a skull that lets grown-up dudes play and do tricks using slinkies minus the shame--remember when the only options available were slinkies made for kids in rainbow and bright neon colors?
The Mortail Coil was designed by Ryan Kittleson and the good news is you can own one, even if you don't have a 3D printer. You'll have to cough up fifty bucks for it, though.
