GAMING

Ah, E3. Gaming’s biggest annual gameatorium hits this June, and there’s a lot on the line this time. Discerning gamers like you and I have a lot to be sold on, if we’re going to keep pumping our hard-earned dollar dollar bills yo into the industry.
Fancy-ass new models of both PS4 and Xbox One, new exclusives in long-running IPs, the line-ups that’ll make us want to get in on this whole VR revolution that’s going on right now… there’s a lot of talk that the show’s becoming irrelevant, but there’s a lot left it has to show us.
Even so, most of us can’t mosey on down to the convention center in LA to take an ogle at it. So what can we do? Well, it’s 2016, so we can just watch it online like the futuristic bastards we are. Sure we can. Alternatively, Sony have another option, if you fancy watching the show in style.
Yup, the PlayStation E3 Experience is coming back. This event lets you watch Sony’s E3 briefing live at participating movie theaters across the US (and Latin America). Most amazingly, tickets are free; there’ll be no selling your damn soul and remortgaging your house for popcorn like you usually have to at the movies.
The show starts at 6pm PST, Monday June 13. If you want to get in on this action, hit Siliconera for details on how to get tickets and which theaters are showing it.
