We rarely get to see Chloe Grace Moretz not on the silver screen. The active thespianic and all grow'd up blonde teen hottie really does work and keep a low profile when not working. She's active on social media, but as far as catching her in plain site exhibiting her wares in public, it's a rare day. On principle, that may be refreshing for Hollywood. For the gentleman ogler, it practically stinks.

Such is the groundswell of internal tingles upon seeing Chloe even but for a moment in little shorts and a chance to catch her backside funside beneath the actual sun.
