Mel Gibsons Ruskie ex girlfriend has been quite the little tattle tale lately, starting Friday when she started telling people that she got a restraining order against him 5 days earlier because he was violent and she was in fear for her life. It basically went downhill for Gibson after that...

- "She tried to protect the baby during one of Gibson's violent episodes when he punched Oksana in the face two times, breaking her teeth and giving her a concussion," says TMZ.

- In an interview with the Daily Mail yesterday, she said Gibson has abandoned her and their 8-moth-old baby completely. "He is not paying me a penny. Nothing. There are so many lies being said about me. I was trying to keep things dignified and be respectful to the father of my daughter, but what he is doing is cruelty. I am having to live on credit cards and borrowed money. It is not a good situation."

- And now Radar says she has proof of her claims on DVD. "Gibson immediately asked the court to seal Grigorieva's DVD evidence and got an order prohibiting her from making it public."

With the dvd thing, is she hinting that Gibson hit her and it was caught on camera? That would be pretty bad. Or maybe the dvd is a copy of 'What Women Want'. Either one would make Gibson look like an asshole to be honest with you.
