“50 Shades Of Grey” And “Pixels” Lead The Razzie Nominations

2015 was a good year for movies, generally. But there were also some serious stinkers that came out last year. The Razzie Awards, that reward the worst in film every year, has come out with its nominations and there are some choice selections this year. Leading the nominations is 50 Shade of Grey, Pixels, and Jupiter Ascending. Also represented was the horrifically bad Fantastic Four movie. Pixels stars the Razzie's favorite actor Adam Sandler. It's almost as if his movies shouldn't count anymore. They get nominated and win almost every year. That guy makes absolute garbage and he always will. For me it's really a contest between Jupiter Ascending and 50 Shades. I saw Jupiter Ascending on a transatlantic flight and if I wasn't literally tied down and trapped in a metal tube in the sky I wouldn't have watched it. It is easily one of the worst movies I've ever seen. It's truly awful. It made my balls hurt it was so bad. And speaking of aching balls, man oh man was 50 Shades of Grey a huge let down. Who would have thought that a movie about kinky sex could be so catastrophically boring and unsexy. Seriously, if this is what suburban soccer moms think is kinky then I feel very sorry for them.
