We're just two days away from the start of the 76th Masters tournament, and people are getting pretty excited to say the least. Some are saying it's the most anticipated Masters in recent memory. Makes sense, considering four-time Masters winner Tiger Woods is supposedly "back" after getting his first win in two and a half years, three-time winner Phil Mickelson seems at the top of his game, and Rory McIlroy leads a group of young and hungry stars.
It starts Thursday, and luckily for you, we have the groupings and tee times that you care about. All times are EDT.
Honorary starters, Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus and Gary Player tee off at 7:40 a.m.
Last year's champ Charl Schwartzel tees off at 10:24, playing with US amateur champion Kelly Kraft and 2011 PGA Champ, Keegan Bradley.
The next group, at 10:35, includes Tiger, Miguel Angel Jimenez and Korea's Sang-Moon Bae, playing in his first Masters. Playing in his first Masters and grouped with Tiger? Ouch.
Phil tees off in the last group of the day, at 1:53, and he's playing alongside Hunter Mahan, who has two wins on tour this year already, and Peter Hanson from Sweden.
Rory McIlroy leads the group teeing off at 1:42, playing with Bubba Watson and 2009 champ, Angel Cabrera.
A very solid group hits the tee at 12:58, with Vijay Singh, Jim Furyk and Lee Westwood.
Some other notable tee times:
1:31 - Sergio Garcia
1:20 - Fred Couples (1992 Masters Champ)
12:47 - Mike Weir (2003 Masters Champ)
11:52 - Zach Johnson (2007 Masters Champ)
10:46 - Luke Donald
9:40 - Tom Waston (1977 and '81 Masters Champ)
