Kate Beckinsale proves that she is more than just a pretty face as she looks very studious in a pair of Harry Potter looking glasses while getting her nails done in Santa Monica, California. The British born actress studied French and Russian Literature while a student at Oxford University and won the WH Smith's Young Writers competition two years running while a teenager but since then she probably wants to be seen as a gorgeous actress and not a studious bookworm so she took her glasses off the moment she realized she was being photographed.
