Joss Whedon to do Spike Movie?

Okay, so I kinda took wednesday off from posting, and all this shit goes and happens. WTF! Can't anybody wait for me!?

Anyway, I was checkin' out Trent's Pinktacular Blog, and right under his link to me (hehe) he pointed to this little piece of awesomeness at Moviehole:

Q: Is there going to be a Spike movie?

James Marsters*: Hopefully. I talked to Joss two weeks ago and he asked me if I was still up for it. I would love to do it but we're on a clock. I'm a middle-aged man and in 5 years I will be (thinks) I will be 48. Vampires can't age so it must be done soon. Spike needs to have something to aim for, to win the girl, lose the girl, something like that.

This better happen dammit!
