When it comes to perfection, it doesn't get much more perfecter than Petra Nemcova, and boy was she looking perfecty the other night in a low-cut, and very short black skirt. Making the moment even more perfectual was the fact that you could basically see all the way down the top of her dress, and all the way up the bottom of it at the same time.
Yes, that's right, Petra Nemcova is so talented she can have an "upskirt" and "downskirt" simultaneously. But not only that, she somehow manages to still make it look classy.
