Well, Miley Cyrus looked rather dowdy at last night's midget movie premiere, Never Say Never, but, props are due when props are due, and Miley looks quite sextastic (yep, eighteen now, I can say that) on the pages of Marie Claire magazine. Yes, her voice would make nails on a chalkboard run for cover. But this girl cleans up nice.
