Back in October of 2006, TMZ reported on some Marcia Cross nude pictures. The naked pictures of the Desperate Housewives star were taken by her husband as she showered outdoors, and were "mistakenly thrown out" with the trash. Subsequently, her garbage men found said nudie pics, and claiming the ancient statute of "finders keepers," they thought that selling the nude picures to the highest bidder would be a neat idea.

Needless to say, Marcia wasn't happy, and over a year later, those Marcia Cross nude pictures have finally hit the Tubes of the Interweb.

Moral of the story: Be careful where you put those naked pictures of yourself. Oh, and Marcia Cross is definitely a natural redhead. Very, very natural.

And no, I'm not sure what's up with that whole "do not copy" text written over the pictures, but I follow the strict rules of "don't ask, don't tell."
