They call her the "Material Girl," but she should really take a closer look at the material of her dress, because I can see Madonna's nipples. Madonna wore this see-through dress to the Cannes premiere of I Am Because We Are, and while once upon a time Madonna looked really good naked, now she looks more like one of the American Gladiators, and I'm not talking about the women on the show.

Technically, though, this is actually a wardrobe malfunction. If you look closely, you can see that Madonna is wearing a bra, and it would seem that it has folded over on itself, giving us a Madonna nipple slip, under the see-through dress. Best laid plans, eh?
