Lucky Lindsay Lohan Living it Up in (and Out of) Rehab

I don't know that many people who've been to rehab, actually I don't know any, but I'm pretty sure that photo shoots are not the standard method of treatment for patients. But don't tell that to Lindsay Lohan, because she invited OK! Magazine to photograph her in her rehab facility, because God forbid she should actually, you know, get better. The New York Daliy News also reports that Lindsay may not even be charged with felonies, or cocaine possession at all, making her potential stay in jail, a very short one.

Leave it to Lindsay Lohan to plan a glossy photo shoot from inside rehab - inviting OK! magazine to snap away at the fancy Cirque Lodge detox center in Sundance, Utah.

In one perfectly posed shot, a demure Lohan, her hair pulled tightly back, is reading "Alcoholics Anonymous," AA's 164-page "Big Book," which mixes personal stories of redemption with a description of how the program works.

Other photos in the issue that hits stands today portray the rehab regular cleaning up her act after her July 24 bust for alleged DUI, driving with a suspended license and cocaine possession.

And it look likes her hard work may be paying off.

The celeb Web site TMZ.com is reporting there's a "strong possibility" the Los Angeles County district attorney's office won't slap LiLo with felony charges for the July DUI bust and a previous one over Memorial Day weekend.

Citing law enforcement sources, TMZ said the DA "is not inclined" to hit Lohan hard for the cocaine possession charge - the drug was found in her pants pocket in the July bust and in her system in May.

It all means that the jail time she faces is cut down from up to two years to just a few days.

See, just like everyone else. No special favours here. I'm glad for Lindsay, though, she really seems to be getting the attention, I mean treatment that she needs. How about next she does another sexy spread for GQ. They can call it "Lindsay's Rehab Revolution," and have some shots of her on all fours in stillettos and a puch-up on her therapists couch. I'm sure that would sell issues.
